Matisse was the result of love between Plysch and Mirre on the Christmas Day 2003. Matisse was born together with his brother Mies on Leap Day 2004. Matisse stayed with us as he was a wonderfully kind and affectionate cat. He had the thickest and softest black semi long coat and deep green eyes.

Very sadly Matisse was killed by a car when he was out on his morning walk a very beautiful summer's day outside the house where I used to live then. One of the hardest moments of my life.
